Bring Your Workouts to New Levels

Achieve

Climb To The Top.

There are thousands of different philosophies about the correct ways to workout. While it is true that fitness is dependent on a person’s goals, research on the ways that muscles work has provided us with a better understanding of how to maximize our workouts.
Muscles adapt very quickly when they are used in the same ways all the time. If a person does the same movements day after day, their muscles will adapt to those movements quickly and become more efficient at them. In order to bring our bodies to extreme fitness levels, we must trick them into constantly adapting. This will achieve two main objectives, burning calories and constant muscle repair and growth.

If you work out on a good schedule and don’t get sore anymore the day after the workout, it is probably time to change it up. If you breeze though your workout and your body isn’t exhausted afterwards, like the first time you started working out, it’s time to change it up.
You must push your body to get efficient results. I’m not saying it’s not good to go to the gym everyday with the same workout.

I’m saying, if you have that kind of discipline, then you need to take it to the next level.
